I actually think that Yuhi fully remembers Sakurako and has always seen through the disguise she put on.

Chapter 3 showed that Yuhi didn't realize it was Sakurako at first. She couldn't figure out how "Mocchi" knew her surname, Amano.

Yuhi likely figured out it was Sakurako for certain during chapter 5. In chapter 3, Sakurako accidentally called Yuhi by her surname. In chapter 4, Yuhi asked Sakurako a series of questions about herself, with Sakurako wondering if Yuhi was onto her. Then in chapter 5, Sakurako sent Yuhi a text message in haiku poem format. This is when I think Yuhi had enough clues to piece her identity together. The moment of realization is likely why she suddenly got up and bailed on Chiwa, later dumping her.

However, Yuhi still didn't want to open up about things, so when Sakurako questioned her in chapter 8 about what the issue was, Yuhi pointed out that Sakurako was keeping secrets of her own. This was likely referring to the fact that Yuhi had already figured out her real identity 3 chapters prior. It would also explain Yuhi's thoughts in the bath about thinking Sakurako would hate her more than she already does if she found out the truth. Why would she assume "Mocchi" hated her already, unless she knew she was Sakurako whom she felt she had wronged in the past?

Speaking of the past, chapter 10's flashback had a scene of Yuhi trying to appease Mashiro when Sakurako accused her of people pleasing. Meaning that Mashiro had already made her move by the time Yuhi and Sakurako had first become friends. Of course, this means Sakurako's confession to Yuhi was far too late, since by that point Yuhi was either still under Mashiro's influence, or had already had her heart broken by her and had given up on love. But the necklace's absence during the flashback makes me think she was still with Mashiro at the time, because Sakurako didn't recognize it in chapter 2. Meaning it didn't come into the picture until after Yuhi rejected her and they lost contact. Yuhi didn't tell Sakurako about Mashiro back then, because chapter 9 revealed that Mashiro made it clear to Yuhi that their relationship was to be kept a secret.

That could result in a bitter reveal about why Yuhi was so attached to the book they first bonded over. It was about an older-sister figure and forbidden love, so she might have equated it to her and Mashiro at the time.

One thing I hope does not happen is that the series ends with them just confessing and that’s it. Like I’m all for the wholesomeness of the confession but we’ve seen Amano sleep with more girls not named mochi. And while mochi and Amano have had some intimate moments throughout the series those while good don’t satisfy me.

Once they confess and get together I want more chapters dedicated to their relationship and idk throw in a kiss scene and them sleeping together or being intimate again please kuwa don’t chicken out.

I agree and disagree narratively I think the secret reveal is the next big thing to happen and it would kinda undermine Mochi little arc if Amano had fully already known. For example I like to think Amano heading to the library often is her dwelling on Sakurako and clearly shows that she liked her and loved being around her. And her eventually rejection of her is why she cuts the flashback short and tries to head to chiwas. So she is reminiscing of this girl who she spent a lot of time with and she loved but rejected and now that girl has been with her all the time (the yearning on both sides is peak). Also it would explain why she was so attracted to Mochi in the first place because she reminded her of Sakurako(she is lol) and i agree that the reason she rejected Sakurako was because of Mashirosan since she looks like she is hiding something during that scene.
The points you made are good but I think she said Mochi would be mad because Mochi got upset about her life style girl hopping and Chiwa. And like I said I feel like it would undermine Mochi little arc if Amano already fully knew I mean clearly she knows that Mochi is different from all her other girls in terms of relationship since Mochi clearly cares for Amano and is not just a girl with benefits.

You could be right I’m super excited for next chapter!!!!

Is it just me or somebody else felt like the story is getting rushed somehow idk like it may end at chapter 15

It could also just be the first arc ending, setting up for the story to shift directions. The current drama can't end until Yuhi and Sakurako sort things out and Mashiro's dealt with.

The revenge romcom angle wouldn't necessarily be over either, because I'm sure Yuhi has enough exes who hate her who wouldn't just let her be happy after getting a girlfriend. Sakurako and Yuhi both being clueless about actual relationships could lead to quite some comedy as well. You also have their massive experience gap when it comes to physical intimacy.

Though if it does end with volume 3, I wonder who Yuna's secret girlfriend will end up being. Because the person is waiting for Yuna to graduate before sleeping with her, it implies the person is older than her and considerate enough not to push her. Funnily enough, the only person in the existing cast that could fit that bill would be Yoshino.

Yep I feel as if the series is popular enough to continue after this arc and if the next chapter is a filler since it seems there is 5 chapters per volume. I could easily see volume 3 be about this I mean it's been a minute since we have seen Amano and Mochi be close let alone an actual couple. And like you said having Yuna lover girlfriend still unanswered, Chiwa still could be some sort of antagonist not to mention Mashirosan. And personally I want to see how their relationship. similar to what you said Mochi is totally inexperienced to physical intimacy compared to Amano so that could be cute to see, and Zenkowa Kuwa's other series has been going on for a while I doubt he/she would end this series after 15 chapters.
