Well I'd say that was a rather... underwhelming ending all considered, but I still had fun working on it for all these years. Not sure if I'll ever translate another of his manga if I decide not to continue translating the Villainess Ranking one (or if he never does put out a sequel) since I've sort of grown tired of his particular schtick and I don't really have it in me to catch up with the massive backlog of Blatodea chapters for instance. His latest manga is an isekai about a cute ninja girl being sent to a fantasy world, which is kind of meh to me premise wise. Good on him though for helping out manga artists new to the business though.
Anyway, I'll be sure to post the last bonus chapter when it comes out in December.
Also, here's an alternate end card I had in mind for Rio.

Man it has been quite the journey reading this. I remember picking this up because of the anime adaption & also learning about this story from that Killing Bite meme. Still crazy this lasted as long as it did but I don't regret reading this. Sure the last third of the story felt like it was dragging on but I can't say I didn't like it. I do hope the extra will include if Hitomi & Nomoto got together (I still think the way the anime ended had my jaw drop & thought he would get revenge but that didn't happen). Thank you @Roadwarior2 if completing this story after other groups dropped it over the years. Rio is still the best looking woman in this story & Murata sensei will probably not stop pumping out stories any time soon. Thank you for the translations.

Hm, this series sure had its ups and downs but this ending kind of feels like the author ran out of steam after the last arc and decided to just wrap it up with giving the OG cover girl a win and her signature catch phrase.

That whole bit about "immortal jellyfish" rather than being mythical beasts being teased as the next arc feels like a massive missed opportunity, especially since it would have been far more interesting than basically putting us back at the status quo.

at start it was fun to start and awesome.. then it turned into a weird mess with plots that came out from nowhere at all.
the author didn't have a solid plan at all and it sadly shows. the translation group did a super good work not their fault that the author seems to lost the plot.

Found out about killing Bites when season 1 was airing, anime and animals are my two favourite topics so it was sup my alley, though I didn't really watch it beyond some clips on YouTube, since it didn't look too good. When the second part started, I read it out of interest and here we are.

well that was a nothing ending. Didn't expect much but was still disappointed. Wonder if all the origin beast shit is just more background lore building or a sequel tease in case it ever happens. I probably won't read it though, I don't feel like there's much left in this.

Wait, what happened to the subplot of dinosaur hybrids?
Didn't it get resolved when the tournament ended, Pure beat Koyomi, and the CEO controlling the dinosaurs was defeated by their heiress who was revealed to be a T. Rex beastman? It was also revealed that the jellyfish lady was secretly manipulating things behind the scenes. Though the author did introduce and then immediately end the origin beast plotline.
