Everything make me think that Tsubaki was restrained. And that's the power of the nun. Why the Orc wasn't restrained anymore? This is another thing that is bugging me from the beginning. But if it's so, why she would protect nun girl if she is really the reason of her defeat? Either by setting the orc free or somehow using the "vines" on Tsubaki?

First time we got a punishment that doesn't feel like it intends to completely ruin the Magical Girl's life beyond repair. I had the same reaction as Yuuri, compared to the others it really isn't that crazy, but ironically this means that losing this case suddenly feels much more like a possibility.

Not that you're wrong, but with as many other irregularities as this setting has, I think that is rather minor when compared to a judicial system that sentences teenaged defeated magic girls to ritual gang rape and other insane sexual punishments on a weekly basis.
