It's something I've been paying some amount of attention to, and while not 100%, I'm almost certain—

chapter *52, page 15, is the most An has ever blushed to date in this series, and it's while looking directly at Shunpei, to boot.

The author's usually very reserved with the visual blush-line details for characters. Even Lulu and all her energetic emotion-forward behavior doesn't get the whole "tomato-face treatment" that you so often see in romance manga to indicate a character's emotions. At most, it's one small line, maybe two, on a single cheek—but it's a level of understatement that I think makes this series work. Because it's so sparingly used and so minimalist in its presentation, the moments where Shunpei or An do blush hit that much harder, even when it's rather subtle in how it's visually portrayed.
I have to imagine it's a conscious choice by the author, at this point, as it's also been a more frequent occurrence as the series has progressed and the relationship between the two has grown and developed. So while I'm not certain, I'm willing to bet that The Big Moment when the confession happens, we might actually see the most "blushy face" of all, and that will truly stand out as a result of all the understated visual cue use up to that point.

Just a neat detail that I keep wondering about.
