Not sure eating once a day is going to be helpful - my understanding is frequent small meals will do much better both for keeping energy levels up and avoiding junk food cravings - but a dietician should be able to sort that out for you.
@Angry_Panda You are completely right. Problem is, it's really hard for me personally to control the specific intake amount that is "small" enough to lose weight. Personally I think I have food addiction that I could only keep in check with forcing myself not to eat in the past.
In any case I got my appointment on 22th, so till then, I'm just gonna stick to 1 meal a day and see what happens.
