Not necessarily. Just imagine some disgusting weeb being transported into some kind of isekai, having some god tier abilities and perfect muscular body that every girl finds hot, getting harem of 20 hot anime girls, being shanked by a girl he tries to hit on and dies.

Just the idea of that is hilarious.
