    How TF do people get used to blatantly Victorian/Edwardian architecture clothing and all then getting boom medieval architecture and clothing in the same fucking city in the same fucking setting? It's driving me mad? People were somehow mad that the isekai protag in Villager A made a gun from his memory (tbh coulda tried to make it a fantasy gun but the big elephant in the room isn't addressed?) Is this something that's implied?

    Yeah but I know the medieval period was a bit more advanced than one would think, but the inside is what gives it away and the intricacies of it. It also does NOT help that Gothic Revival was literally just a modern(at the time) re-interpretation and imitation of medieval architecture (plausible deniability since that's kinda how historicist architecture works from what i've read) but a fucking suit and dress shoes are so ubiqtuiously modern and even the older styles of coat are way past the medieval age

    Caveat is that if it's like idk fucking Tsarist Russia where everyone is basically a medieval peasant in mega poverty (basically feudalism with extra steps) while the rich society is far more advanced since that was a real example but the setting outside of said academy is not indicating anything of the sort

    Someone made an OTOMAD of Sakusei Byoutou. Some events are outside of order but it covers most of the the plot relevant events and important moments as well as some of Ingoku Danchi (which is basically implied to be set after SB)

    Final episode of Sakusei Byoutou Animation adaptation came out... Didn't have high expectations but holy fuck was that ending so fucking ASS they actually fumbled by episode 8 since they didn't lay out the groundwork for the investigation and Yamada just left and presumably the drug trafficking operation and the abusive hierarchy are still in place at the hospital when he leaves. Utterly fraudulent and dogshit adaptation. The way they rearranged things and omitted things guaranteed a dogshit ending. Useless bum ass studio.

    Thank you for reminding me about thr franchise, even if not voluntarly. Maybe i'll watch it, since the mangas are not scanlated, maybe i'll try the games. Are the three games the whole story, or just the first is fine.

    The 3 games are the entire fucking story. Or you can go to rule34videos and watch the entire thing for FREE (it's a pirated rip idk if it's there). The adult manga is only up to the point Mia Tendo gets punched in the face and then she starts choking Yamada out but it's likely to end with the senior nurses amamiya and ootsuka getting arrested and a giant orgy at the end. Manga does flesh out and is leaning more into the psychological side and I hope they extend the Tendo sister back story because it didn't really make me feel jackshit lmao.

    I wonder why the anime "producers" don't find a way to circumvent the problem. Because why put flashy stuff if they need to drastically reduce the luminosity for a few seconds during that flashy stuff to make it less flashy. Why not just make less seizure-triggering effects, but cool effects nonetheless ?

    My first post. It got struck by Mr_Detective like a month after or something cause I kinda poorly communicated on another manga that hurt people hurt people but this fucker was like nuh uh that's not an excuse then fucking stalked me and mass struck me.
    Then some possible socks struck me in the same fucking comments as did later sporadically.

    On another note while being nostalgic, it's always cool to see V5 regulars old messages right beside yours from V3. It's like seeing an old picture of you and some strangers and then being like "Hey I know that guy now! He's been there the whole time?! How didn't we meet sooner!?". I don't have any screenshots on me right now, but I remember seeing an old thread with both me, Panda, and Solstice in it from V3, small world huh? :meguu:

    Happened a few months ago, but I decided to read some shotashota as a joke and stumbled upon Isako doujins and I may or may not have read a few of them. Am I cooked chat??? Because I am not a fudanshi or anything but her art is so fucking cute (too cute to be hentai at some points) and the characters are adorable.

    I decided to go on mangaupdates to see what else was being published with Toilet Bound Hanako-kun in the GFantasy magazine. After looking at the covers I can't prove it but for a "shounen" magazine I have a very strong suspicion that "G" stands for something because for a shounen the fanbase is like disporportionately female.

    and in topic of GFantasy, that shonen magazine is about the only shonen magazine that specifically has a "shoujo" section inside it.

    Today I learned that the reason sometimes the word onani is spelled with an E at the end(in the MangaDex titles) is because the original word was spelled in German as Onanie, but the Danish/Swedish/Esparanto/Indonesian loanword doesn't have it. Nor does the romanization of the corresponding Japanese loanword.

    Anyone remember the 1:39 ratio MTL controversy? That was how I first knew about Jecro. So seems like they still were pretentious and just stayed hidden in their superiority complex. They kept glazing their dogshit MTLs.
