    For no reason my brain kind of short out some romance manga into two category

    The cute and fluffy one and the one that make you realize how lonely and sad your life are.

    There is literally no explanation or reasoning for it, my brain just kind of do it. Rn I feel the latter, it's pretty damning

    do we human actually have instinct?

    because when i look at animal its impressive how a lot of thing just wired into their mind and they just able to do it. Like young bird, they need to succeed on first few try or becoming a meal, or how bee and spider just build their nest no planning or AI powered optimized workflow

    We do have a lot more than we think, but I guess they just seem normal for us. But you only have to look at babies and how they grow to see how fascinating their development really is. At the beginning they are unable to really move much and can only crawl when they are a bit older. But "for some reason" they suddenly try to stand upright and don't seem to give up, even when they are constantly falling down again. It remains a good question if this is instinctively or from looking at us. (Though people born blind also walk on two legs, so more food for thought)

    Some examples of clear cut instincts : fear of height (babies have it), yawning, expression of emotions on the face (disputed but likely), learning to walk as said before by a_singular_strike, an instinctive form of swimming that babies have, plenty of reflexs that dissapear a few months after birth (but can return after brain damage in some rare cases), freezing when sudden noise/danger. Fear of spiders and serpents is disputed and have a good chance to not be real.

    For more complex behaviors, it's less clear cut.

    I feel like blue coloured crustacean aren't actually that rare. Cuz everybody once in a while gonna find one, I've seen it so many times in the internet.

    Anyway @UnnamedPlayer you seems like the guy who know body horror manga, or horror in general. I just watch this very cool video about monster that manipulate people through nostalgia, and it's spark interest in me about horror more

    I don't really read horror manga, except when there is yuri in it, so i can't give advice or recommendations.

    I'm sure blue crustaceans are very rare, but you hear of them a lots because they're cool. Blue is very rare in nature, especially in the animal kingdom. And most blue on plants or animals is not due to a pigment, but is mostly structural a.k.a light refraction/reflexion goes brrrrr. Most animals don't see blue, even if humans can.

    Cool girl are absolute the best!! They have their own way to express their love. Girl like Kayoko and Kazusa from blue archive, Asahi from Kuroiwa Medaka, Shigure from Jimotto no Ijemekko, Oogami from Wolf-chan wa Sumashitai, Miku from Gotoubun.

    But @Basic_human this title is from Kodansha (Weekly Shonen Magazine), it doesn't have anything to do with Jump (Shueisha), not that they don't cut titles shorts (I liked Ayashimon, Red Hood, Syd Craft, never read it but I was fond of PPPPPP between others from M+), but be real, they don't sell so that's why they are cut short, and for watherver reason people read and buy Rent a Grilfriend :nyoron:

    Well, i don't know what's the axed manga you're talking about, but if it's not a rom-com, it's because the public is different. And the young rom-com public loves trash, also, and it may explain why most het romance for shonen are bad for most (i'm currently reading a few good ones, so don't jump on me even if i've abandonned some promising ones).

    Pretty.... I feel like it's get sabotaged for some reason. Jigokuraku is such good manga, tha mangaka is a pro that have been producing successful title before and they didn't even give him chance.


    Were they expand shounen magazine into the wholeworld it'll be disastrous but I really want to buy and vote for my fav to get revived and saved

    Imperfect conception, as always with evolution.

    Hiccups happen when the nerve commanding the diaphragm is irritated. It then generate sudden contractions of the diaphragm, leading to hiccups. Most nerves don't have the same kind of sudden activity/contraction when irritated, and i don't know why.

    Mushoku Tensei, fuck that manga is vile, its every shit i dont like in one place. I feel like im not the same person ever since i see it.

    I dont care being told "rent free in your head", hate is one of strongest emotion out there and this is first one i feel i like this, not even real world politican make me feel this way

    also the top three is yet to be filled, its only two that i dont like so far. But i feel like there gonna be third one someday.... i can feel it
