Easiest way to kill it would to look for other topics to rip it away from being the latest thread and on the main page.
Kinda wish the mods would just put it into something like sage mode, so it doesn't get bumped by posts anymore

I'll try to match some titles you mentioned... for magical girls, Houkago no Pleiades. For Spy & Family, try Buddy Daddies. And if you want Blend S with a twist... Akiba Maid Sensou is a good idea. And something different you may like... maybe Araburu Kisetsu no Otome-domo yo? Don't worry, I haven't put any yuri in between. But if you like Hideri-chan character, you may discover a new world with Himegoto.

IF it's an alt, then it's of mylovenovels. Playing both sides. It's all too convenient, an excuse for the same location, no real roommate. If it's an alt.
Or maybe it's real, and it's just justice, because of a certain annoying roommate. Having one roommate yuri obsessed and the other against seem too poetic to be just a coincidence.
