Personally, I'm not that sentimental. But I will visit at least once a month on a certain day; perhaps your birthdate or the day you die depending on the context of your departure.

I will sat there, pour a couple soft drinks down which I know you'll hate because women and sugar and all that stupid stuff... But then I'd start laughing.
