I'm a little more optimistic since it's a remake instead of a remaster, but I'll still hold my skepticism until I see some actual gameplay.
Who knows, if this is actually good then I would love to see a remake of Majora Mask that incorporates all the stuff that was cut in the original because of time restraints.
On one hand, it's one of my favorite games of all time, so I kind of dig it. On the other hand... we really are living in a creatively bankrupt era, huh?
the original came out 28 years ago, and the 3DS version was just a quick, skippable remaster that came out 15 years ago. i think Nintendo is one of the least egregious companies when it comes to creative bankruptcy (prices are a different matter however). either way i'll be buying it like the good goy i am
