I'm very certain that Aneko Yusagi, the author of Tate No Yuusha is a woman, as the entire character cast lines up way too well with the character casts of villainess novels.
The slavery part meanwhile, the one TnY likely made one of the standard tropes, except no other manga does any proper ground work for it, is likely a fetish of hers, similar to how Asanagi writes the most sadistic shit ever and meanwhile IRL is a friendly person and a total masochist.
So, I think it's rather obvious
