A stick of RAM would cost you and arm and a leg these days so it's nice you had some laying around. What kind do you have? DDR3, 4, or 5?
@manadrop It's DDR3. It's not actually that expensive, at least for laptop RAM. I can get an 8 GB stick for around $25.
@Litreara Yeah...I bought some DDR5 recently, and boy was it expensive as hell. Even the used marked is bonkers around here.
