7th Time Loop, as the female MC. It's a light novel, also got an anime adaptation and I think I'd ever saw the manga too but never try to read it fully.

If you don't just limit yourself to manga, then reading web-novels allows you to find an extreme amount more of genderswap. That's one of the most popular genres on another site that I'm on.(find it yourself, or maybe someone else will comment which site that is, but I make no guarantees, as "I am an idiot, not stupid.")
