Reuploading chapter 63.5. Not sure why it was removed since Bokura no Scanlations hasn't pulled any other releases and there doesn't seem to be anything rule-violating about the chapter.

@Kaldrak You're correct, the "missing" flag is due to MangaDex not acknowledging a chapter when it's split up using 1.1 and 1.2, etc. There are no missing chapters.

Uploading some missing omake. 10.5 and 42.5 were both in the BakaBT Helck collection but don't seem to be on Kirei Cake's site. Probably while they were missed here. The new Christmas art page was posted in Kirei's eReader site but not on their main Helck page. They didn't include a credits...

Can a mod weigh in whether Rapeman deleted his own chapters or were they deleted for violating the "political credits page" rule? Would they be allowed if they were uploaded without the offending credits pages?

1. From what I can tell, there are no missing chapters. Somewhere along the way, several of the magazine chapters were combined for the volume release. Volume 11 starts with the current chapter 98 (Seat of the Soul 1), re-numbered to 88, and ends with current 107 (Disposal of Olympias 2)...
