Sono Bisque Doll wa Koi o Suru - Ch. 107

This was excellent. An incredible display of personal growth. Gojou managed to actually say what's on his mind without letting his deeply rooted inhibitions stop him. It was a long road to get here, but IMO it was worth it for him to actually manage to grow a little and move past his childhood...

Gomi Ika da to Tsuihousareta Shounin, Jitsu wa Zensei Kenja Desu - Ch. 4.2

Wait, so the lord character genuinely thought MC wasn't doing his job? I thought it was just an excuse to get rid of him for some other reason. It would've taken almost zero effort to just verify that MC was in fact tackling monsters on the regular.

Miyu-chan wa Zutto Tomodachi - Ch. 7 - Miyu-chan Will Always Be Your Friend

There's several ways this story can go, but I have a feeling it's going to take the least interesting route of making MC the killer who doesn't remember because it's buried with his "real" personality.

Dorei kara no Kitai to Hyouka no sei de Sakushu dekinai no daga - Ch. 10

This is how I feel about most manga protags lately. They're all shy oblivious introverts with very little agency of their own. That's fine when the point of the story is to get them to come out of their shell, but most of the time it's just used as a comedy lever.

    Isekai Metaller - Vol. 1 Ch. 2

So far. Definitely a unique character design, but he's still flirting with some of the typical isekai protag stuff. Still, 10 for the unique style, we'll see where it goes.

Sono Bisque Doll wa Koi o Suru - Ch. 104

It's nice to finally see the root* of his inner turmoil come out. This feels like final boss territory. I'm seeing some people complaining about the lack of communication. But... really? Expressing a feeling and having that feeling rejected is a central theme of the entire series. The cousin is...

    Solo Leveling

I really wish I could've enjoyed this more than I did. But it suffers from the same sort of power fantasy issues I see with most isekai and basically every manhua I've ever read. Within the first 30 chapters or so, the protag becomes so overleveled that he never really faces a combat hardship...

Boku no Tsuma wa Kanjou ga Nai

I really enjoy the more in-depth look at the robotic conceptualization of love and emotion. I also enjoy the brief looks into other robots and how their interpret their actions. However, there is a growing problem with how much the story gets sidetracked with the B plots. The expanded...
