@bakaugu, I rather like the mix between warzones and indivdual battle. Also, while the manga has deviated quite a bit from the novel, it seems we are close to the ending. I dunno if he is gonna add more arcs or not, but if he doesnt then therse 2-3 more arcs.

@Kuyu Yeah....chinese novels-manhua that take place in a fictional real world are , more often than not, racist. Swallowed Star and I am Really A Superstar are such examples. At least you can find a lot South Korean novels-manhwa which effectively avoid racism, but almost none in Chinese novels.

Why are people complaining about the pacing. Part of the charm of the novel is the two stories going simultaneously. It makes the characters more 3 dimensional, and they are both very good. Personally, I like the children's story a little bit better, but I still enjoy the dad's story a lot.

Ugh, more anti-japanese sentiment shown, it gets a little tiring. It also brings down the overall quality.
