@Nako Those low ratings came after just the prologue was uploaded. I've seen this with other series where a few 1 or 2-star ratings come in after the first chapter is uploaded

@punpun yes spottoon completed it. MU's tracker is a bit dodgy when it comes to spottoon chapters :p

So chapter 46 is missing because SpotToon never uploaded it in the first place. From what I remember, they uploaded chapter 45 in its place and never rectified the mistake.

Those disasters that they start showing from p.33 were real events. The second is the Seongsu Bridge Collapse in 1994 and the fourth is the Sampoong Department Store Collapse in 1995. I'm not sure what the fire and boat were.
