In a manga with a cast as stacked as this one coughMakotocough, it's amazing that my boy Nanase is the one whose story I'm most invested in. He grew on me quickly after coming into focus.

I love how all these characters who showed up as childhood villains all end up humanized as people and become free game for comic relief. Even the asshole older brother prodigy was like "I'm too busy to be evil today, can we forget this whole execution thing so I can leave?"

I was so damn confused as to why she just pretended he didn't say something highkey sexist there. Why did she blush at the compliment sandwiching the sexism instead of getting rightfully offended that he was being weird about it??

Damn, that summary of their relationship so far reeeeally sold me on Eiden, with how he went the extra mile and was super considerate and thoughtful throughout the story. It's gonna hurt if he doesn't make it as ML after this...
