Title giving stat boost already exists, skill unlock/upgrade through practice/continuous usage also exist, as for the NPC having "real AI" they aren't really portrayed as having "real AI" even in manga though? Aside from Log Horizon most NPC in MMO series actually act "normally" the ironic thing...
