@Tcof Actually her calling him sensei like that, while not definitely so, does suggest it's possible she may have known him as an author before they married. And might be the reason WHY she married him... (and still calls him "sensei" as she did before they married)
Then again it's possible it's...
Actually the most recently published chapter (about a week ago as of this post) is 23. Provided there's enough interest, this is supposed to gradually ramp up and take over as another LIG-done sports series winds down.
I'm not saying I agree with their choices - I just wonder if they're not cutting things down due to series length is all. And if that's the case, I would suggest they're going about it the wrong way.
@Serenata Actually I don't think the anime is doing too bad a job. If you haven't read any of the manga, it's a pretty intense mystery for a sports drama at the moment. I myself was somewhat turned off by the anime until I reconsidered it without the manga. It might be that in the original manga...
@Karmine You're so right. One of them is in Young Gangan and the other is in Young Gangan.
Actually they're both monthlies, and Young Gangan is semimonthly. So you are correct, in a way, as they never appear in the same issue. The two series alternate, with one in the issue early in the month...
Oh I promise you, the biggest bombshell has yet to drop. We had a giant, collective "WTF???" moment in the LIG staffroom at the end of the next chapter.
And @godrickharg I got plenty of plot points in other series I can still spoil for you...
It is a monthly series, published in a semi-monthly magazine. So yes it skips every other issue. And even knowing all that, I still cry every time it happens...
@GodricKharg Uh, no, you've had that TL since late last year.
Duplicating work, or doing work that will just be duplicated anyway, makes me break out in a rash.
