This was actually ready a week ago but my QC wasn't getting back to me, so I figured I'd release it now and worry about any changes I have to make later. Sorry 'bout the wait.

Current status of Nora chapter 4: 30/30 pages scanned 30/30 pages cleaned 30/30 pages translated 30/30 pages typeset Awaiting QC ETA: 6/29? Edit 7/7: Been sick the last couple of weeks. Not sure how long this chapter will take. Edit 8/4: Should be done by the end of the week.

@Geomax I'm being a little liberal with the translation here, but I swear I haven't made any major departures and it isn't a joke translation. The rushed dialogue, the jarring tonal shifts, the fourth-wall breaking... that's all completely accurate.

@vigorousjammer Thanks for the offer, but I've already debinded both volumes and am capable of scanning them at similar quality. But I'll make sure to consult your scans if I think it could be less damaged than the copy I have on hand. I had never done debinding before so I wanted to try it...
