Pretty sure he steals EXP by the kiss, He does it to the elf at the auction house before breaking her neck if iirc. Then to the mermaid he injects her at the same time.
Probably a last resort ability that just happens to now have a use when before she would just throw herself at the adventurer party when beaten to hope to take one with her
@alidan he tells literally everyone his ability. He told everyone when he started adventuring. He told the bandits right away and gave them all his loot. He told the merchant the first second before they even convinced her.

@kamishinyari He probably never hid his name... Just that he was a hero. Now hes open about it because his class changed and doesnt suspect people are gonna go "OH THE DEMON KING!!!!" and flee after hes done nothing but good "in his opinion"
