Not sure they're good examples tbh. Most of the torrent ecosystem still relies on a few big trackers and indexes; few people actually go DHT-only. And the popularity of private trackers is even more so an example. Also, as soon as DDL/Streaming became popular, they eclipsed the torrent scene...

We fully agree! Any place that doesn't have flags yet is only temporarily missing them (however long that might have been). Sometimes we don't have them because of space, or because it's not convenient to add them for technical reasons, but we'll keep on adding them everywhere possible (y)
