I recommend these:
Heterogeneous Linguistics - Not in similar time period but definitely unique.
The Ancient Magus' Bride - Same time period and the art has a similar "feel" to Shadow House
Henkyou no Roukishi - Bard Loen and Saihate no Paladin - Currently in my favorite fantasy/adventure...
D.Gray-man, Detective Conan, Katekyo Hitman Reborn! and History's Strongest Disciple Kenichi are the first 4 series I've read, and always will have a special place in my heart.
Assassination Classroom and Kono Oto Tomare! are also in my favorites.
Here's for some "Acquired" tastes.
Traps:
Himegoto
Himitsu no Akuma-chan
Danshikou ni Dokusareta Otokonoko

I need some recommendations. It doesn't matter who the yankee/delinquent is in the relationship so long as there's one. Yuri/Shoujo Ai is fine, no BL unless it's really good and has no smut (Prunus Girl is a good example).
Just finished re-reading Kono Oto Tomare so I've been craving for this...
@DANDAN_THE_DANDAN I always did love the calm before the storm parts in manga arcs. It gave the me a breather and showed the lighter side of the characters.
I see, so it's the OP nature that people don't like. It does ruin most of the obstacles that come in the MCs way since they're basically...

@MrIncognito
Whoops, Didn't see that. Thanks for telling me.
Edit --> I was looking at the Read Markers section of the Planned list, and didn't see it. Never Thought it would be in the Miscellaneous section.
Thanks Again.
Having the ability to follow a series while in a chapter would be great, this way we don't have to go back to series' homepage to follow a series. This really helps when trying out new mangas and you're testing out whether its good or bad. This way you don't need to manually enter the chapter...
I've been seeing chapters that are split into two showing in the missing chapters tab in the manga page. E.g Koushaku Reijou no Tashinami chapters 36-42 are shown in the missing chapters tab but in actuality it's split into two parts (36.1-36.2, 37.1-37.2, and so on).
After reading a bunch of fantasy mangas I've found that a bunch of them had a villainess theme or heavily implies their positions on the monarchy in the story(aka "Nobles" since I didn't have a better way to word it).
Here's a small list of villainess mangas:
Here's my take on this. btw I'm only on chapter 10 for reasons below.
I'm mixed on this manga, I feel like having a manga revolve around the whole non-virgin thing is interesting but really "icky" especially how it gets portrayed here. The fact that the girl seems to have no brain of her own...
