Seems like the Chakra guy is allying himself with the Empire and staging a coup within Shuaruri, while keeping it a secret from Venersis.

There are way too many characters this arc. I have no idea who 90% of these people are, and I don't care about them. The art has is way too cluttered too. I guess all good manga either end or drop in quality.

That was a pretty awkward translation.
