The chapter numbers are correct, it's just that the group that translated chapter 11 didn't assign a volume number. If it gets put into volume 2 everything should line up.

Super cliched, dime-a-dozen plot and pretty mediocre, rough translation. I'll stick with it to see if it goes somewhere interesting or the translation gets cleaned up, but right now it's an uphill battle.
