Looks like somebody randomly re-uploaded chapter 1 by Humble Scan. That group was just one person, has a total of two releases, and has not released anything for 10 months. This manga most likely will never see another update.

Wowe Scans was working on it but that group is dead. They nuked all their releases on this site and the groups website is down too. The publication status above says Canceled so I doubt that there will be any releases for this.

Hatigarm Scans removed this one and their other scanlations from this site.

@D4rkShatter It looks like the artist is tracing or copying his art. The background and their faces lack the detail put into drawing the modern day soldier outfits and gear. The heads are too big or small, the angles they are looking at do not match their bodies positions, and sometimes it looks...

This is also on Tapas and Webtoons. Tapas is at chapter 9_25, updated yesterday. Webtoons is at 9_2, updated March 25. I do not know which one is farther along because they are numbered differently on each site and I've only read the chapters posted here...
