This world is filled with rapists, apparently. It is good that MC is not just beating them up though. I would have dropped it if the MC didn't kill all these rapists.

Nice. At least he has some balls to kill the bad guys. So many other Shounen isekai just punch the bad guys away among other silly methods. They are rapists and they just get knocked out in other fantasy isekai. Although this is an extremely cliché situation, killing the bad guys saved it. Good...

Lacing someone's drink with a used tampon is fucked up. A lot of diseases transmit through bodily fluids, and those kids should be in a juvenile detention center for doing that.
