@nobodygattaknow Yeah but I think I would end up frozen on the spot unable to think clearly and to even defend myself. Also in these stories even if you do A or B, you're a nobody and the other person is the child of powerful people, so even you defend yourself nobody will support you.

@speedysam0 I mean, while they could pull a twist about the parents still alive later this is correct with the info we know about him. I remember in an earlier chapter he said his parents died while he was young, and his uncle got adoption rights for a bit before he was being sent to an orphanage.
