I think if you enter this manga at the angle of comparing to Tower of God you'll be disappointed. This is more of a ridiculous comedy then anything, don't expect any big plot points.

Is there a way to search for completed manga?

A simple fix for this would be to make all images hidden at start and only unhide when the image has been loaded. The invariant would be that pages can only be made visible sequentially. Another fix could be to load the first 1-3 images first and the rest afterwards.
