Technically you can already do that with a userscript. Every read marker has a timestamp. EDIT : Nevermind, read markers are server-side, it's the reading history that is in localstorage.

Get a userscript manager browser extension like ViolentMonkey/GreaseMonkey and add the script from mangadexpp.user.js into it.

Check in here For references, you could do two things, first use the search feature of the forums (faster) or hover over an user's name and then click the number of messages in the popup, then you will need to manually check (slower)

...I am pretty sure client side filtering was brought up there as well, and all the downsides it has with things the way the are currently. Which is why I linked it... But yes there are ways to do it today via userscripts and the like. Will still probably be possible via userscripts just more work

Actually what the king want to do was already considered by Lilith side. Translating the raws with cotrans is not streamlined at all, I would need to add some sites to the userscript

Update: I was able to get the behavior I wanted with this userscript. Firefox Nightly for Android supports the Tampermonkey add-on, and I used that to load the script. Apologies for the terrible code; this was my first time attempting to write JS. Hopefully this will be helpful to anyone else...

That seems as impossible to keep updated (there are reasons why, for mangas, syncing to MAL is my go-to (using the mal-sync userscript)), as the follows system is. And doesn't seem like you can filter Reading History or even Advanced Search using the lists either. 😅
