I think the author handled 079 relatively poorly. Compared to how he is usually which is cold, and calculating. This one sounds like a teen who just recently learned what "curse words" are and is constantly using them whenever he doesn't get what he wants.

@akamangaka Eh, it depends on how one puts it. Healthcare? No. Militarily? Definite yes. Is it currently 'advance' not necessarily. Could it become a nation more advanced than any, most certainly. It has proved itself by becoming the sole superpower of the world for some time.

@captain_crunch Well to be fair, when was the last time the people there either saw nor heard of a skeleton rising up from there? Its pretty damm deep. Much less a powerful skeleton able to control an army of them? Besides, its not like they didn't do nothing, there is a fortress stationed...

@dawned Its basically a copy cat feature from what I can tell. You copy the special skills of a character you have "bookmarked" and depending on how much you know of the character, is dependent on how good and probably strong the abilities you copied are.
