Yeah, I tried to read the LN before, but there was way too many unecessary dialogues just for no reason or to feel like the characters were having any kind of intellectual discussion, which wasn't fun to read. Ended up dropping it...

Hanging out with someone that sees fun everywhere is such a delight. Miyahara is literally a walking sunshine. It's somewhat obvious that Arima will end up Miyahara, even though they are still kids, but it's a nice way to show that choices shouldn't be based solely by looks.
