Was he an actual tyrant? It's really unclear in this oneshot. As is it could be the author not knowing what the word means or a mistranslation.

Nice, killing the guys that are evil instead of letting them live to commit more crimes. That bumps this up by several notches in my book. And letting them get killed by monsters was the right call. It hides the evidence in case someone comes by later; it doesn't look like murder, just an accident.

but... why? why does this need to be an isekai? as far as I can tell this would work just as well if she were simply intelligent and thrust into this situation. is this plot from some sort of book or something that she needs the knowledge of in order to survive? I'm scratching my head as to why...
