@Batora I think people are probably just tired of his cringy behaviour. My personal beef is that the story is kind of going in circles at the moment, the stuff in this arc so far is basically the same as the one that ends on chapter 61.

The title of this manga is wrong, pretty certain it's: How to get Diabetes.

Honestly at a certain point this manga just felt like a Japanese tourism ad lol. The confession was actually more than I anticipated, usually it's just the "I'ma do it but then get embarrassed so we'll do it eventually" ending.
