It's literally the same premise. Boy loves his childhood girl but is forced to be the husband/boyfriend of another. He eventually start loving the other one.
MC is a badass, he's not a pussy like most harem protagonists who get repulsed by the thought of touching a girl. I really wish we get more protagonist like him in the future.
This manga is amazing, if you're triggered by this don't read it. You don't see me going to yaoi comment section and whine how degenerate and disgusting that genre is.

If the books aren't out yet then the scanlators would have to use the magazine versions. Or the magazine raws are available and not the book ones. Or none of them available but magazine raws are cheaper to buy. etc. There could be multiple reasons why.
I'm not a typesetter but even I know you shouldn't cut the word "Washing" as "Was" + "hing". It should be cut as "Wash" + "ing" instead. You can't just cut a word in a way that makes the spelling completely different.
