Tabi to Michizure! That is the one! I checked and it started in 2007 and I actually have the first 6 chapters from 2009-2014. Only the first 13 chapters were ever translated though. 2 volumes + 1 chapter of the 3rd out of 6 volumes. No sign of anyone planning to finish it though. :(
