I'm trying to find the names of 3 different manga. One of them is maybe 10 years old.
1) The older one is about a girl that arrives by train in a strange town. It is more or less like Groundhog Day with the same day repeating. I remember that there were strange holes in the ground that she was unable to pass. Unlike Groundhog Day the food that she eats isn't renewed and changes that she does remains.
2) The second one is more or less like modern day Japan except that dungeons appear. The MC moves to the countryside in a small house. A dungeon appears in his garage which he stars exploring. A small store that buys & sells dungeon good opens right near him.
3) The third one is someone from the future where monsters have overrun the planet from dungeons. The MC suddenly finds himself back in time in his MUCH younger self and he decides to get strong so that he can help fight the monsters when they appear. The main story for the first while focuses on him getting money from investing using his knowledge of the future. The last I saw of it he had bought the land where the first dungeon was going to appear and he was building the area up to prepare and getting ready to go into it. That was the last I saw of it.
