It's strange, the story isn't in any way new or particularly exciting, the characters aren't exactly pinnacles of creativity, but I find myself enjoying it nonetheless.

It's a manga with low quality plot only saved from the clutches of mediocrity by the efforts of the translator. I have nothing but praise for how you salvaged it.

Of the regular blood types, AB negative is the rarest.

I've read the raws and it doesn't seem to be the case, it might feel a little rushed but it reads like a complete story. I don't think it would benefit that much from being extended.
