My brain has been turned off for a full month since the lockdown and I still couldn’t get past page 1.

it was good for the short time that i was obsessed with isekais. it's just now i have no idea what's going on. there's too many characters and too much plot. it's like tangled hair. with lengthy, inconsistent upload schedules, it's difficult to get a grasp on anything in these newer chapters.

there is no conflict. i mean, there is, but mr. mc says no. @criver really is right, but honestly that's okay for me. it's interesting to see how this guy will grow (with little trouble). it's similar to the enjoyment of watching a certain slime build up a country and slowly become god.

@mrcondoriano Yeah I agree, I like Baki as a manga and there was a lot of power to this chapter, but literally only 2 moves were actually shown in this chapter. It took 14 something pages to describe the sumo slap and for Shibukawa to come back, and the 2nd move, Shibukawa’s attack on the eyes...

@Treswimming I’m not exactly sure either, but I like to imagine it as trying to craft an object in some MMORPG and having that fail probability attached, and adding in a good item would increase the chances or ensure the crafting success.
