@pervysagechuck those are on MS which has marks on them showing they're by mangastream which aren't allowed or something similar. Hence why no mangastream stuff is on mangadex.

@scarlet_breaking while it is true that it is isekai its such a non-factor, like after the first chapter its never mentioned again, so it isn't really relevant to the story. I feel tags should be added only if its important to the story like if a manga has only 1 chapter of drama it doesn't need...
