@Inori, imo it makes the story better because the MC gets knocked down a peg and prevents her from being a Mary Sue which is common in the villainess genre. It’s too boring if nothing ever gets to the MC.

@mahtan Well, i’ve seen some physically strong and normal people being afraid of cockroaches, which is something far weaker than they are. It’s a mental thing and if something is scary it is SCARY no matter how strong you are.

@Darklight99 As much as I love Vegeta as a character, imo, the only victory that counted was the first one. The second fight was a draw and what Vegeta did was akin to beating up a friendly soldier in MGSV back at base when he and Goku “agreed” to stop. But ur right, Goku still never won, lol.
