    Under Ninja

I think it's honestly just ok. The comedy is amusing but never laugh out loud funny and has the knock on effect of deflating all the tension. Add on the fact that the main character is bland, unlikable, and frequently just absent from the story and you have a recipe for disinterest.

    Saihate ni Madou

Thinking to myself that the author is trying sooo hard, but all he can produce is schlock. Then I go look at his pixiv and wow. What a sick joke. Man's the villain of his own manga, but he still does it.

    Ryuuma no Gagou

It's like the author tried to create something dark and edgy, but only had training in writing saturday morning cartoons. Laughable, abysmal.

    Ryuu to Yuusha to Haitatsunin

I don't understand how people can read slice of life and not be bored to death.

    Oujougiwa no Imi o Shire!

The only good manga that rely on relationship drama as their central hook are the ones that end in one or two chapters. Any attempt to create a longer series that has nothing to retain the audience but drama will inevitably descend into soap opera schlock. If an author feels the need to throw...

    Terra Formars

In the running for the stupidest story ever written.

    Himegoto - Juukyuusai no Seifuku

One of those trainwrecks that relies on forced drama bs to keep the audience reading rather than being actually, you know, good.

    Vagabond

Of the famous seinen manga, this is probably the most overrated. The art is great of course, but it can he dull at times to the point where I actually felt bored during my first read, an experience I've never had with the others.

    Omega Tribe

I've never read a story about "evolution" that didn't completely misunderstand the concept.

The Color of the End: Mission in the Apocalypse

Yeah there's no doubt some Blame influence here. If the author's gonna take influence from somewhere, I'm so glad they took it from Tsutomu instead of the ubiquitous light novel trash clogging up the industry lately.

    Juujika no Rokunin

Berserk is also a series filled with gore and centralized around revenge, and yet the gulf in quality between it and this work is so laughably large it's absurd. Talent truly is rare.

    MUSHINUYUN

One of those series that makes you question whether the author is self aware, or just has a ton of issues they need to work on.

[Manga] Add a content warning for Slavery

Every one of those isekai manga where the protagonist owns slaves can get fucked as far as I'm concerned, but is a content warning this specific really necessary? Modern slavery is alive and well, but I feel like there's not a lot of overlap between formerly enslaved people and mangadex readers.

    Berserk

This is absolutely still worth reading, even if it's never finished.

    Rurimiya Mugen Kobutsuten

Some works don't cut it because the author is lazy. Here, I think the author tried their best, but it feels lacking somehow. That spark just isn't there for me.

    Magmell Shinkai Suizokukan

Honestly I'm just shocked this hasn't been axed yet.

The two are closely related sleeper sharks. From what I found it's likely the pacific has a similarly long lifespan, but if you have a source saying otherwise lmk.

Murder Lock: School of the Killing

This thing takes itself so seriously despite having an unbelievably stupid premise. I applaud whoever can maintain their suspension of disbelief while reading this, they must be a gold medalist of mental gymnastics.
  19. Turkeyjerkey

    Yancha Gal no Anjou-san

I don't understand how authors and artists can go through all the effort of making a manga without having even a shred of creative integrity.

    Kubo-san wa Mob wo Yurusanai

Another beautiful girl inexplicably interested in spineless protag. Copy pasted premise. Just more self-insert wish fulfillment for the socially inept who'd rather fantasize than actually do any self-improvement.
