I noticed the weird perspective too but Fukuchi-sensei's torso anatomy in general is just super stylized which make those look weird on some angles... in the end its just what it is As for why she's still so healthy looking, hopefully they do touch up on that

Bro really went to a comedy ecchi manga and complained why its mostly comedy and fanservice EDIT: Bias aside (as someone working on the scanlations) - the author was experimenting a lot on the first two volumes, then found the formula around midway volume 3 where there's Fanservice chapters...
