@kuzunagi13 no because it takes multiple characters to form a word. Using kanji for certain words is a single character. The smaller the character count the more powerful it is, not the opposite.

Why do we do this to ourselves? I have an inability to drop manga I've read only a single chapter of as long as it has steady updates. This manga brought me zero joy, taught me zero lessons, it just made me feel bad every time I read it.

@Gambino I liked GE except that the one girl ended up with her dirt bag ex. It was frustrating sometimes but it was good. This is terrible. I like only 2 characters and they're the two side girls and that's it. Everyone else is just a terrible person.

@b33fy I think its going to have a pretty set story loop. She's upset about something and they start running out of water, then the MC shows up and says something that makes her happy even if she misunderstands him and makes a ton of water.

@T-L-G-T-W I'm not entirely sure the Duke doesn't think that Alice is just messing with him. At the very least it's nice that the MC is open and honest with his feelings.

When you realize this is a new manga even in Japan and there is no backlog of chapters for the translators.

@Kyxr To be fair I watched one episode of the anime and thought is was terrible and avoided the manga for the longest time because of it. Glad I finally gave it a shot. One of the best currently running shounen battle mangas, along with Black Clover which I also avoided because of the anime.

@harlotssu It seems to be missing a part of chapter or more. Is it just not uploaded yet, available elsewhere, or are you skipping whatever is in the middle?

@STORRM They are pointless if it comes from someone not providing the service that someone else is, as is the case here. If a C&D comes from a company already putting out an official translation after paying for the rights to publish in english they are well within their rights.
