I don't think my question would be answered anytime soon, if at all, during the run of the manhwa, but this chapter makes me wonder: why would the novel author deliberately write their story like that? It's way too creepy to have your fanbase divided into a team which reads this as a broken hero...

@xeno77 Kinda late reply, but Ueki no Housoku is a good one. Chapters beyond the first volume aren't available on Mangadex though. Check out Fukuchi Tsubasa's other works too. Most would fit.

@radkube OP didn't ask for villains; they asked for antiheros :) Also that's the basic plotline at the start. It's a pretty great hook, and that "serial killer" deal was what got me to start reading it anyways. It's not false too, even if it's not the whole story.
