@Liquidxlax as I said in my comment, more neutral terms are "undocumented" or "unauthorized", which is less insulting than calling someone "illegal". In a more just world, people would not suffer or be punished for being born in the wrong place.

it's weird for falma to keep saying "illegal immigrant" when he doesn't appear to have an opinion on the legitimacy of their immigration. If the translator was looking for a more neutral term I'd suggest "undocumented immigrant", "unauthorized immigrant", "stowaway" (which you do use as a verb)...
