@SotiCoto Well, I looked up Central Asia maps on Google and the Caspian Sea seems to be in it for me. Albeit very near the border, but still in it.

@daywithoutgames The last name I'm not sure, but the first I think it's because "Amir" is a masculine name in the language this is settled in, and in many other languages as well. "Amira" is the feminine counterpart.
