This was an enjoyable read, but it definitely went out on a whimper. I do think there could have been more to this, but it’s better to not overstay its welcome.
To clarify, I don’t mean it the the usual harem format. There’s series where the MC has eyes for or gets the main girl but they also give him a load of other girls that flock to him. It’s a weird subgenre for harem.
I enjoy this manga, but it really annoys me that they went for the harem angle. Like, why have a harem when you’ll obviously go for the main girl to begin with?
I’m curious as to where ONE will be taking these characters in the future. I wonder what Murata’s interpretation of Webizaga will be when he catches up.
Finally got around to reading this, even though little is known about Miura, Mori does a fantastic job at telling us who he was as a person. I really hope he does that manga of their friendship, as I’d love to learn more about both of them.
